About Alpine Iris Counseling

Alpine Iris Counseling is a compassionate counseling practice focused on mental wellness, based in Denver, Colorado. I provide therapy for individuals seeking support with anxiety, grief, and the more complex or overwhelming moments in life. With in-person sessions in Denver and virtual therapy available across Colorado, I offer a supportive space to slow down, process what feels heavy, and move toward personal growth, helping you become a more grounded and connected version of yourself.

Approaches Rooted in:

Person Centered Therapy emphasizes compassionate counseling techniques that promote mental wellness. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) are effective methods for personal growth, helping individuals navigate their thoughts and emotions. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy further support this journey, fostering resilience and a deeper understanding of oneself.

You don’t need to have it all figured out; this is a space where you can bring your full self and move at your own pace.


In our work together, I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and care. We may gently explore patterns, notice what’s happening in the present moment, and make space for what feels heavy or complex. My aim is to provide compassionate counseling that supports your mental wellness journey.


I view therapy as a collaborative process rather than a top-down approach. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients in this work, and I strive to show up with warmth, authenticity, and respect.
